Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping takes 5-8 business days for Economy and 2-4 business days for Standard. Holidays and weekends may cause delays. 

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
